Before the start of each semester, you must register for the courses you have been admitted to. In other words, simply accepting your admission offer on Antagning.se is not enough. Once you have activated your student account, you can log in to Ladok to register for the courses you are admitted to.

As soon as Uppsala University has registered your tuition fee payment, they will notify the Swedish Migration Agency. You must then immediately apply for a residence permit for studies. The processing time can take several months, so it is extremely time-sensitive to start this application right away!
